A Level Pad is Required
To ensure the structural integrity of your Rhino Pole building, a level pad is required before construction commences. This pad doesn't necessarily have to be a concrete slab, providing flexibility in preparation for your ideal space.
Permits
In certain areas, permits are mandatory, and it is the customer's responsibility to obtain them before material delivery. If a permit is required, it may impact construction details, potentially necessitating deeper holes, heavier top plates, or specific bolt requirements, varying by county regulations.
Clean Up of Trash
While our crew efficiently piles up job site trash, disposal remains the customer's responsibility. Rhino Pole prioritizes a clean and organized work environment, leaving the final clean-up stage to the customer's discretion.
Clearances
For buildings with a concrete slab inside, clearances are essential. The inside height is typically one foot less than the outside building height, ensuring sufficient space and practicality in your constructed structure.
